All orders placed by 3 p.m. will be processed same day. After this time, orders will be processed next business day. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated at the time of checkout. Orders over $100 are shipped free- restrictions apply. Shipping times range from 2 days to 3 weeks, although most Canadian cities are eligible for 2-day shipping on light bulb orders. Delivery time for chandeliers, fixtures, and lamps vary and can be up to 4 weeks. The estimated arrival date shown on the order page is an estimate only and does not serve as a guarantee. Returns & Replacements
Unhappy? Send it back! We know how confusing online shopping can be, so we'll help by accepting returns without any restocking fee*. Returns are accepted until 14 days from the day of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be in unused, perfect condition. It is up to the discretion of Bright On! employees to determine the condition of the returned item.
